Join the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association at the September 10th General Body Meeting. The Reception starts at 6 p.m. and will offer free wine, appetizers, and other refreshments. At 6:45 p.m., our panel discussion will begin, offering our members information on some of the latest news on mass tort litigation in Florida and the country. Mass tort cases include litigation against producers of hair relaxers typically used by Black women. 

One General Credit CLE will be awarded for all participants who are members of The Florida Bar. 

Free Giveaway! Wilkie D. will be raffling a FREE registration to the Shades of Mass Conference on September 19 through the 21st in Houston, Texas. Regular registrations for the conference cost $995! 

To enter the raffle, members of Wilkie D. must register for the General Body Meeting online on the Wilkie D. website and be present for the General Body Meeting, where the winner will be selected. The winner is responsible for his or her own travel and accommodations. Defense lawyers are not permitted to register for the Shades of Mass Conference.
