The Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association invites you to its General Body Meeting and a timely “Conversation on Class Actions,” featuring two of South Florida’s leading litigators. Join us on June 24, 2025, at Carlton Fields for an evening of networking, learning, and legal insight.

The evening begins with a reception at 6:00 p.m., followed by the panel discussion at 6:45 p.m. This engaging conversation will feature Markenzy Lapointe, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and current partner at Pillsbury, alongside Benjamin Widlanski, partner at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton. Together, they will explore opportunities and strategies in class action litigation from both the defense and plaintiffs’ perspectives.
