
The Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Bar Foundation & Association, in partnership with the Miami-Dade Public Library System and Miami-Dade County, invite you to an empowering event focused on immigration, civic engagement, and pathways to U.S. Citizenship.
Register today for FREE for either in-person or Zoom attendance. The in-person event will take place at Arcola Lakes Branch Library, located at 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150.
Immigration Made Clear: 101 Workshop will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2025, with a vital panel discussion on immigration topics, including citizenship, work permits, green cards, and asylum. At 11:00 a.m., in-person attendees will have access to free one-on-one attorney sessions for assistance with employment authorization, permanent resident cards, and U.S. citizenship. While pre-registered guests will be given priority, all attendees will have the opportunity to participate as time permits.
